The First Presbyterian of Waterville is at 611 Farnsworth Road.  Sunday morning services start at 10:00 with church school at 10:15.

The Waterville United Methodist Church sits at 102 North 5^th Street.  During the winter, Sunday school starts at 9:00 a.m. and Worship Service begins at 10:30.  In the summer, adult Sunday school begins at 9, child Sunday school starts at 10:15, and Worship service begins at 10 a.m.

The Zion Lutheran Church in Waterville is located at 22 North 2^nd Street. During the winter, the praise service starts at 8:30 a.m., Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. for both children and adults, and the traditional service begins at 10:30 a.m. Zion Lutheran also has special summer services, with praise worship starting at 8:30 a.m. and the traditional service at 9:30 a.m.

The River of Faith Church in Waterville holds weekly Sunday worship service at 10:00 a.m.  in the old Waterville Elementary School located at 1 South River Rd.
