 Municipal Building
The Waterville Municipal Building is located at 25 North
Second Street, and houses the administrative offices including administration,
finance and zoning; and the police
department. The regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday
through Friday. The phone number for the Municipal Building is 419-878-8100;
the fax number is 419-878-8044.
The Municipal Building is the center for all of the
administrative activities of the Village; residents may pay water and sewer
bills, taxes, and parking citations and may also obtain zoning permits.

The finance department includes the offices for: utility
billing & payment; income tax; payroll, accounts payables/receivables and

Zoning and Building Regulation
-
Before proceeding with the erection, relocation or alteration
of any building or part of any building in the Village, a zoning permit shall
be first obtained from the Municipal Administrator by the owner or his agent.
After receiving an approved zoning permit, a building permit must be obtained
from Lucas County. The Village of Waterville contracts with Lucas County
Building Regulation for providing building permits and inspection services.
