John Gouttiere - Councilman

John Gouttiere is presently serving in his first term as council member for the Village of Waterville.  Mr. Gouttiere has been engaged in the general practice of law focusing on probate, business, and real estate for over 33 years providing clients with efficient solutions to their legal problems.  Mr. Gouttiere graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1971 with a B.A. in American Studies, and from Ohio Northern University in 1974 with a Juris Doctor degree.  Mr. Gouttiere currently owns his own firm and maintains an office in Toledo, Ohio.

Mr. Gouttiere, who grew up in Maumee, has lived in the Village of Waterville since 2005, with his wife, LeeAnn, and son.  Mr. Gouttiere’s wife also works full time in the legal profession as a secretary.
